Kirkby Green is a small village in Lincolnshire, England. It is south-east of Lincoln, south-west of Woodhall Spa, and 8 miles (13 km) north of Sleaford.[1] The village is east of Scopwick on the B1191 road to Timberland, and was formerly a civil parish until 1931 when it became part of the parish of Scopwick.[2]
At the eastern end of the village there is a level crossing where the road crosses the Peterborough to Lincoln Line, formerly the site of Scopwick and Timberland railway station.
